| | Our TeacherGeorgie is a qualified meditation and mindfulness teacher, tai chi instructor and the founder of The Silent Space. Having completed her studies through the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness (ACMM), Georgie has completed in depth course work, workshops and retreats and understands how meditation supports mental health and emotional wellness. Her special areas of interest are healthcare professional burnout, chronic pain and anxiety. She is dedicated to helping others reduce their stress levels, build emotional resilience and find balance in their daily lives, by incorporating traditional meditation techniques with modern wellness practices. She creates a calm, supportive space were individuals can learn how to prioritise their own physical and mental wellbeing.
